I am really happy this morning! I lost 3lbs last week! I am really motivated this week and I am hoping to add in some exercise! So how is everyone else doing?

I'm proud of you Jana! I, on the other hand, was very bad this weekend. This was a high carb weekend and I'm afraid to step on the scale. I'll have to and make myself do it tomorrow.

I avoided the scale like the plague this morning. ;D
I self medicated with chocolate chip cookies yesterday. Bad me, but I'm over it. Moving on.
I will weigh in the morning. Promise.
(On a side note, DH has lost 15 lbs since school started!!!....as opposed to my 3. sigh)

I made myself get on the scale and I stayed the same. No gain or loss. At least I didn't gain.

ok, I broke down and weighed this morning. I was up a pound, but I don't know that I count it. It was midmorning (because I forgot earlier) and I'd already eaten. I will weigh again in the morning (if I don't oversleep...its already 12:30 AM and I'm nowhere near finished with my biology paper...its due at 8:30AM). Anyway, I want to check again tomorrow. I guess if it still says I'm up, I'll just suck it up and move on.

Yeah, I should have stuck with yesterday's weight. It said up ANOTHER pound this morning.
