I used to do this before I conceived Dillon and have not since. Anyone esle do this? I love Pilates. It is relaxing but a good work out all in one.

I have a Pilates video... in a box... on my dining room table...
where it's been since I was pregnant...
but it's the thought that counts isn't it?
It's one of those things I keep wanting to do because I hear such good things about it, but have yet to actually try. I'll start soon I swear!

You know whats funny? I bought a pregnancy pilates video and it is in the box, on a table somewhere. LOL How about we make ourselves a challege to start mid next week? Pilates is great if you have the right video. I've tried a couple and there's only one that I find works for me.

Let's do it! I'll have my mom staying here until Wed, so I'm starting Thursday! I have an hour between when Chris leaves with the baby and I have to get ready for work - I can do it then!! Now just to stay on it!

I'm up for it. I'm really trying to use this new site as my motivation to get back on track. I did so well when I was first diagnosed. Now, I'm just eating way too many french fries. Will you guys keep me in line??

I have a Crunch Pilates video, I've never done it. I think I'll try to do it one or two days a week! Tuesdays and thursdays would be good for me!

OK, I had the D&C Wed. so since I was recovering from that I did not start yet. I WILL get the tape going today though. How are you all doing on it?
