Up until very recently Dillon constantly held his hands in fists and very rarely opened them. He has never been able to hold on to something like a small rattle like the "experts" say babies should start trying to do around 2 months. Well, last night there was a rattle on the floor next to him and I'll be draned if Doug didn't call me in to the room to show me that he had picked it up and flipped it over. Today I handed him the same rattle and not only did he grasp it, but he held it in front of his face to look at it and then tried to eat it! Woohoo! In your face Mr. Neurologist!
