I'm here! Just in case there are any newbies, I'll give an intro..
I am Kristi from Kentucky. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2000, after a miscarriage. I currently am not treating it at all. I have midsection weight, probably insulin resistance (though I don't remember what my original numbers were...I have all the signs), I have thinning hair on top and thickening hair on my chin. Not to mention my belly. gross. I also struggle with panic attacks and unbelievably heavy AF. At least she is coming somewhat regularly right now.
I am married and have 2 sons. We just relocated so DH and I could both go back to college full time. We also homeschool the boys. (ages 9 and 7, by the way)
I am taking Tae Kwon Do, but only go once a week now that we moved. It is a 45 minute drive. I walk about 3 miles on MWF when I walk to class and back. (Does the 50 lb backpack count as extra credit on my walks? LOL) I am trying to eat a little healthier, but its very hard for me, especially now. I do a lot of catching what I can rather than good meal planning. That is an area I'm working on.
