Homemade Maple Syrup
1 cup apple juice 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 6 packets artifical sweetner 1 tablespoon margarine 1 teaspoon maple extract 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix apple juice, cornstarch and sweetner in small saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat, add margarine, maple and vanilla extracts and stir till margine is melted. Serve warm.
