This is one of my favorite recipes. It is very simple and easy but so delicious. You can serve it with just about anything!
1 large (1 lb.) chicken breast, skinless, boneless dash salt & pepper 1 tbsp. flour 1 cup light cream
Wash and dry chicken. Mix flour, salt and pepper, and pat into chicken. Place in a shallow baking pan. Almost cover chicken with the cream. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 2 hours. Turn the chicken after the first hour. If gravy is too thick, add a little more light cream. Pour gravy over chicken to serve.
Makes 2 servings
Per serving: 494 calories; 6.4 grams carbohydrates
