Broiled Scallops
Ingredients: 1 1/4 pounds scallops 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 lemon, cut in wedges
Directions: Brush scallops with oil and add garlic and lemon pepper. Cook in broiler for five minutes or until scallops are opaque. Serve with lemons.
