Pumpkin Pie:
Single pie crust 9" 1 can pumpkin (16 ounces) 1 can evaporated skim milk (12 ounces) 3 eggs 18 packets sweetner 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs till well blended, beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake, until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Cool and serve. Makes 8 servings.
