Cheesy Green Beans
10 slices bacon 2 pkg cut green beans(16 ounce) 1 lb sliced frsh mushrooms 3/4 cup chopped onion 3/4 tsp ground black pepper 1 jar processed cheese sauce(16 ounce)
Place bacon in large deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Reserve 1/4 cup of bacon drippings in the skillet. Cook green beans as directed on package, drain well. Place mushrooms and onions in skillet with reserved bacon drippings. Cook and stir over medium heat for 10 minutes, drain. Reserve 2 tbs bacon for topping. Combine green bean, mushrooms & onions, bacon and pepper, mix lightly. Spoon mixture in a 2 quart serving dish. Heat cheese sauce as directed on package and pour over green bean mixture. Sprinkle with reserved bacon and serve.
