Ranch Burgers
Ingredients 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef 3/4 cup Ranch salad dressing 1/4 cup onion, finely minced 2 ounces spicy or regular flavor pork rinds, finely crushed 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions: In large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch dressing, onion, pork rind crumbs and pepper. Shape into six even patties. Grill as usual. Makes six servings.
Per serving: 2.1g carbohydrates; 0.2g fiber; 34.6g fat; 31g protein; 106 mg cholesterol; 883 mg sodium; 454 calories
