OH help. I have SUCH a sweet tooth the past couple of days! I actually bought a package of Ding Dongs after my nice healthy lunch yesterday. ;D
And today I just want chocolate chip cookies so bad I CAN'T STAND IT. I think it may be because of the cold weather and/or I may be getting close to AF. I need to check the calendar.
The only thing keeping me from giving in today is the fact that I look pregnant. I am a cow. I look huge. I HATE that. This upper fat roll, between my breasts and my waist, is ridiculous! I just seems larger than normal lately. Even though the scale is creeping downward. sigh.
Ok, so, is this in the right spot? Do I need to put it in the Let it Out forum? Either way. I just had to scream.

Don't knock yourself. You're doing great! I get chocolate cravings like you wouldn't believe. I let myself have some chocolate when I'm craving it. I try to stick to peanut M & Ms because at least the peanut is protein, right? And just because you're craving chocolate doesn't mean you have to eat an entire candy bar all at once. Try to ration yourself and spread out when you eat the chocolate.
