Strawberries and Cream Frappe
Ingredients: 0.3-ounce pkg. sugar-free Jell-o, strawberry flavor (dry, unprepared) 1/3 cup warm half and half cream 3 cups ice Water, as needed
Directions: Place warm cream in a blender; process on high; add dry Jell-o slowly. Blend until gelatin is dissolved. Add ice slowly, with machine running. Add up to 1/2 cup cold water, as needed, until desired consistency is reached. Serves two.
Per serving: 3.4g carbohydrates; 0g fiber; 0.1g sugar; 3.9g protein; 4.6g fat; 14.8mg cholesterol; 24.3mg sodium; 69.2 calories
