Garlic-Glazed Green Beans
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced 2 cups fresh green beans, in one-inch pieces Salt and pepper 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil; add garlic. Sauté until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook and stir until beans are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Serves two.
