Apple Slaw
Ingredients: 2 cups cabbage, shredded 2 apples, cored and diced 1 can pineapple, crushed and drained 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions: Mix ingredients in a bowl and put in refrigerator for one hour or more. Serves 6.
Per serving: 191 Calories; 15g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 16g Fat; 1g Protein; 6mg Cholesterol; 110mg Sodium.
