For the past several months I have had a perfect 28 day cycle, but this month is different -- right now I am on CD 43, AF is 15 days late. I don't think I ovulated this month either, I don't remember seeing any EWCM. I am on 2000 mg ot met, I just upped the dosage, but now I am afraid it isn't working anymore.
Thoughts?

Have you taken an HPT just in case?

Oh, I probably should have mentioned that -- there's not even the remotest possibility I could be pregnant, unless the process has changed and now you can get knocked up talking to a guy...

Have you changed your diet? Did you up your met from 2000 to 2500 or from 1500 to 2000?

I did up my met from 1500 to 2000 and started low-carbing/ IRing. Would that do it?

There have been times when I have had to up my dosage to 2500 (particularly right after childbirth). If you have just upped your dosage and changed your diet, give it another cycle, before you get concerned. Hopefully, it is just a fluke. I also had a few cycles here and there where I was under extreme stress and it affected my symptoms.
Hope you feel better!

I'm glad you started. Yep, changes to your meds and your diet can cause af to be a little off. Give it a few cycles to see if is gets straightened out again.
