Lets do a check in and see what everyone is up to!
Right now I'm battling a cold! I hate being sick! I'm also trying to find my lost motivation so I can get back on the diet and exercise wagon. I have lots of things I need to accomplish around the house this week but I've been saying that for awhile now and still haven't gotten anything done. I think I'm just going to have to take a day off from work and just turn the phones off! Maybe then I'll get some things done!

I just got over being sick. I had the stomach flu and that sucked. Anyways, we cleaned our house yesterday so hopefully it is completely disenfected. Trying to stick to my diet but it is very hard.

I hope you feel better soon Jana! I have been doing well. I totally blew my diet this weekend with Halloween candy. I know, that's bad I'm back on the wagon and trying to get back on the Nordic Track. I don't know how I stayed the same with my weight though.

I'm swamped with work right now. I absolutely truly believe the instructors get together and plot this. As of Wednesday, I will have had a test in every single class in the span of a week. Not to mention 3 papers and a presentation. I have had a revelation. I am not going to try to lose any more weight. Its just too much right now. I am, however, going to focus more on getting healthy. I am going to continue to eat healthier and continue to get my exercise. But I am going to stop obsessing over what the scale says. Of course, Halloween candy and my mini break-down last week haven't helped. I'm feeling run down and anxious, like I always do when I've not eaten healthy. So, I'm going to knuckle down and get back to those fruits and veggies. And water, of course.
