Egg Dressing
Excellent over vegetables, salads, in coleslaw, etc.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard 2 tablespoon chives, minced 1 tablespoon parsley; dried or 2 tablespoons fresh, minced 2 tablespoons minced fresh dillweed, or 3/4 teaspoon dried 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons sour cream 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped finely Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Whisk ingredients together in order listed.
Per batch: 2g carbohydrates; 7g protein; 52g fat (10g saturated); 517 calories
